1. ORDERING

1.1 Do I need to open an account in order to shop with you?

You can place an order with us as a Guest.

To save time, you can open an account and save your details for future orders. Sign up now or upon checking out on the Shopping Cart page.

1.2 How do I create an account?

Please click on “Login/Register” followed by ‘Create An Account’ and fill in your details.

1.3 How do I order?

Add desired items to your shopping cart. When you are done shopping, proceed to your Shopping Cart and complete the check out process. Please ensure all information is correct prior to final checkout.

1.4 I have problems adding items to my shopping cart.

This should not happen, however, there may be another online customer who has placed the same item in their Shopping Cart while you were shopping. Depending on the number of units in stock, the status of the item is reflected as “Temporarily Unavailable”.

1.5 How do I pay for my orders?

We accept credit/debit cards and cash on delivery, as well as all major credit and debit cards such as Mastercard, VISA and American Express.

1.6 Can I amend and cancel my order?

In most cases, we will quickly process your order and prepare if for courier pickup. If you notify us quickly, we may be able to cancel the order prior to final delivery.

1.7 I have a discount code, how can I use it?

Key in the voucher code at the field “Voucher Code” and click “Add” in your Shopping Cart page before proceeding to check out. Please ensure all information is correct before confirming your purchase as a discount code cannot be entered after you finalize your purchase.

1.8 How will I know if my order is confirmed?

Avioni Home will email you upon order confirmation. Orders will be processed upon payment approval and confirmation of your delivery address. You may check the status of your order in “My Account” if you are a registered user.

 2. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

2.1 When will my order be processed?

We strive to process and dispatch your order within 24 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays. The time stated is based on UAE Time (UTC/GMT +4 hours).

2.2 How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Most local orders will be delivered within 2 days.

For all international deliveries, we will notify you of the expected delivery time after confirming with our logistics partners and their affiliates.

2.3 How can I track my delivery?

Avioni Home will send you a confirmation upon order dispatch. You may track the delivery status with our local logistics partner.

For International deliveries, we will provide you with the tracking information once confirmed with our logistics partner.

2.4 What are the shipping charges?

For domestic deliveries, we charge a flat AED 20. For orders above AED 350, delivery is free.

International shipments are dependent on volume/weight and destination. Customs/duty charges to be paid by the customer.

2.5 Can I change my shipping address after my order has been confirmed?

Please contact us at [email protected] and we will assist you. Our local courier will also confirm your location prior to delivery and you can update them with any changes.

2.6 There is a missing item in my order, what should I do?

We apologize for sending you an incomplete order. Please contact us at [email protected] and we will assist you.

2.7 I’ve received an incorrect or defective item, what should I do?

We apologize if you are not satisfied with your order. Please contact us at [email protected] and we will assist you.

2.8 I’ve purchased the wrong size or color

We do not provide exchanges for size or color. We do however, accept returns for products. Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges policy.

2.9 I have not received my parcel, what should I do?

2.10 Will there be an additional charge for redelivery?

There are no charges for the first two delivery attempts. It is chargeable on the third attempt onwards.
