If for any reason you wish to return an item, our policy is as follows:
You may return an item within 5 days of the delivery date for a full refund. Contact [email protected] and let us know which products you will be returning and include your order number. It is the responsibility of the customer to return the item(s) in the original packaging and in new, unused and undamaged condition. If you do not return the item within 5 days of delivery we are unable to offer a refund.
Orders must be returned to our Al Quoz warehouse within 5 days of delivery. If you are returning your order with a shipping carrier, you must email the tracking number to [email protected] within 5 days of receiving your order. Your returns should arrive to the below address:

Orders returned damaged will not be accepted.

To request a return/exchange, please email [email protected] and include the following:
- Your order number
- Name of product, item number and quantity of items you are returning and reason for return
Customer Service will respond to you with return instructions within 24 hours.
Upon receipt and inspection of returned items, we will notify you by email that we have received your items. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 to 45 business days depending on the credit/debit card issuing bank.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected].
If an item is considered final sale then we cannot take returns or exchanges. These items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
A customer may request an order cancellation within 24 hours; however, if your order has already shipped, we cannot cancel the order. If your items are eligible for return then you can return them as per return policy.
