Shipping & Delivery Policy

Orders for items in stock will be processed within 24 hours, depending on when your order was placed. Shipment typically takes no more than 2 working days following dispatch from our warehouse. We currently deliver via a trusted 3rd party courier service to UAE addresses only. There will be 2 attempts for delivery so please ensure you confirm your address and contact details with us and let us know if there are any changes. Please note the window for delivery is 9AM-6PM and we cannot deliver outside those times or provide an exact time. Please arrange for alternative collections means if these times do not work for you. Should you wish to have your order delivered outside the UAE, please contact us at [email protected] and we will assist you.

Shipping Charges Within The UAE

  • AED 20 for any order up to AED 499
  • Free delivery for any order above AED 500


On occasion, we may experience an unforeseen delay in the shipment of your order. In such a case, we will notify you via email. When delayed shipments become ready to ship, we will email you when the item has been dispatched.

Please provide your full, correct address and contact details to ensure no delays in shipping.

Upon delivery, please inspect your order. Do not accept an order if box is physically damaged. Contact us at [email protected] if there is any issue with your order.

If Your Order Does Not Arrive On Time

If your order does not arrive within the specified delivery timeframe, please let us know. Tracking information is provided via email for all orders. On occasion, orders may be delivered to a person other than yourself. This may include a family member, neighbor, co-worker, or property manager. If for some reason, your delivery has not been received within the specified timeframe and cannot be located with the tracking information provided, please contact us.

Cancellation of Order

We reserve the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, under situations where we are not able to meet the requirement of the order placed, or the order so placed/cancelled does not comply with our policy, or for any other reason. However, we will ensure that any communication regarding order cancellation is sent promptly and the applicable refund is made within a reasonable time period. In case of product orders cancelled by us due to unavailability of products or delays in fulfilment, we will provide 100% refund for that product. Refund will be processed through the same online mode as per our refund policy.

In the event of multiple bookings/orders/shipments, you may see multiple postings to your monthly statement.
